Sydney · remote-first

Sydney IT support, without the call-out fee.

We already look after two occupational therapy practices in Sydney entirely remotely — Microsoft 365, managed laptops, practice software, websites — and the same works for any small team. The honest version: we're in Melbourne. The rare job that needs hands on a laptop is arranged with you, as a couriered device or a scheduled visit, not left to a call-out fee.

How it works

How remote support works for a Sydney team

Remote-first isn't a compromise. It's how most fixes happen fastest anywhere — the difference is whether it's set up deliberately, with the devices, the documentation and the person on the other end all ready before anything breaks.

  1. 01

    A secure remote session

Call, email or raise a case in the portal (Tidedesk). We connect to the affected machine with your say-so, you watch what happens, and most problems are fixed the same day. The same person answers every time, so you're never explaining the set-up from scratch.

  2. 02

    Devices that arrive ready

New laptops are enrolled in Intune before they ship. Unbox, sign in, and email, files, printers and practice software are already there. A replacement for a dead laptop works the same way, and a lost one can be wiped remotely.

  3. 03

    Everything documented, owned by you

Your Microsoft 365 configuration, passwords (in a vault you can take with you) and vendor details are written down and belong to you. A monthly report in plain English shows what was done and, on an all-inclusive plan, the hours delivered against the fee.

What we do

For Sydney practices and small businesses

Six things our Sydney clients lean on most. Each one is its own service — all of them are listed here — and they're run from one place, by one person, so nothing falls between vendors.

Microsoft 365, administered properly

Your tenant managed through Microsoft Partner Center with delegated admin access you can see and revoke. MFA and Conditional Access on, licences right-sized, a weekly sign-in report. Microsoft 365 management.

Managed laptops, shipped ready

Intune-managed devices that arrive set up, with onboarding and offboarding checklists so a new clinician starts on day one and a departing one loses access the day they leave. Part of managed IT support.

The offboarding checklist →

Security & compliance

A managed password manager, Microsoft 365 backup with a tested restore, a phishing-awareness session and a quarterly report — plus the privacy and AI-use policies a practice gets asked for. Security for small business.

Practice software support

Cliniko, Splose or Halaxy: logins, calendar and email integrations, new-staff access, and the vendor's support desk dealt with so you're not on hold between clients. See IT support for allied health.

A website that books clients

A fast static site with a clear way to enquire, every enquiry logged with where it came from, and hosting that doesn't need plugins patched. Website design and hosting, fixed price.

Found on Google, within the rules

A complete Business Profile and consistent listings. For registered practitioners the review routine is built around the National Law advertising rules — no soliciting testimonials about clinical care. Local SEO and reviews.

Allied health & NDIS in Sydney

Built for practices that move

Our Sydney clients are occupational therapy practices whose clinicians spend the day in homes, schools and clinics, not at a desk. The IT has to follow them, and the paperwork has to satisfy a funder.

Mobile practices

Managed laptops and phones that work from a client's kitchen table, with notes and files in SharePoint rather than on the device — so a lost bag isn't a lost caseload.

IT support for allied health →

Telehealth that just works

Teams or your practice platform set up on every device and tested before the first session, not during it. Cameras, audio and consent forms sorted once.

Policies you'll be asked for

A privacy policy, an NDIS-aligned information-management policy and an AI-use policy, written for a small practice and kept current as the rules change.

Every month

What a Sydney client actually gets

Distance only matters if you can't see what's being done. So every month you get a written account of it — and every password, configuration and vendor login stays yours, not ours.

  • A plain-English reportWhat was fixed, what changed, what's next — and on an all-inclusive plan, hours delivered against the fee.
  • A portal for support casesRaise and track cases in Tidedesk, so "did anyone see my email?" stops being a question.
  • A weekly activity and sign-in reportWho signed in from where, what changed in the tenant, anything that looks wrong — reviewed weekly, not after an incident.
  • Month to monthNo lock-in. If you're not happy in the first 90 days, every monthly fee you've paid comes back — set-up fees and advertising spend excepted.

FAQ

What Sydney businesses want to know

Are you actually in Sydney?

No — we're in Melbourne's east, and we say so up front. Both of our Sydney clients are looked after entirely remotely, which is how most IT support happens everywhere now. If a job genuinely needs someone in the room, we arrange it with you — a couriered device or a scheduled visit — rather than pretending there's a van around the corner.

What happens if a laptop dies?

The replacement is enrolled in Intune and shipped to you ready to sign in, with email, files and practice software already there. Your data lives in Microsoft 365, not on the dead machine, so nothing is lost. If the old one is worth repairing we arrange that; if not, it's wiped remotely and retired.

What about hours and the time zone?

Sydney and Melbourne share a time zone, daylight saving included, so a 9am call in Sydney is 9am here. Most fixes happen the same day over a secure remote session; cases raised through the portal are tracked so you can see where they're up to.

Can you set up a new practice from scratch?

Yes. A new Microsoft 365 tenant with MFA and Conditional Access from the first day, licences sized to the team, SharePoint and Teams structured for a practice, laptops enrolled and shipped, email set up so it lands, and a privacy policy. Projects like this are quoted first, so you know the cost before anything starts.

How do we get started?

Book a free 15-minute chat. We ask what's annoying you, what you're paying for now and what the team looks like, then come back with a plain-English plan and a price. If you go ahead, the first month is set-up and fixing the urgent things. No lock-in, and the 90-day guarantee covers your monthly fees.
