The agency site nobody can edit
A page builder only the agency understood. Changing the phone number means a ticket, a wait and an invoice — so the hours are still wrong.
Websites & hosting
Built around your business, fast on a phone, found on Google, with every enquiry counted — and hosted by the person who built it, so one call gets things changed.
Sound familiar?
Built once, handed over, never touched again — these are the problems we hear about most.
A page builder only the agency understood. Changing the phone number means a ticket, a wait and an invoice — so the hours are still wrong.
Thirty plugins, each one a door. Nobody updated them, one got exploited, and now the site is down or quietly serving spam.
It looks fine, takes nine seconds to load on a phone, has one page called Services and never names a suburb. Google has no reason to show it.
A mate's cousin built it, then moved on. The domain's in their name, the hosting on their card, and nobody knows the login.
What you get
Six things every site we build does — not add-ons, just what a site needs to earn its keep.
We work out what customers type — the service, the suburb, the problem — then give each service and area its own page. SEO for small business keeps it found after launch.
Plain static pages served from AWS CloudFront. No database, no plugins, no security scramble — and it loads quickly on a phone with one bar of signal.
Forms post to the site's own backend, and each enquiry is logged with where it came from: an ad click, a search, a referral — so you know which marketing pays for itself once Google Ads are running.
Every page carries structured data so Google understands what you do and where. An SEO audit runs before every deploy, so a broken link or missing title never quietly goes live.
Domain registered in your name, code in a repository you hold the keys to, hosting account yours. Leave, and you take the lot with you.
Plain English, from a conversation rather than a questionnaire. Your real services, your suburbs, your licence number — no "solutions".
After launch
Hosting is a server. Care is someone watching it, keeping the site current and making the small changes you'd otherwise put off. $75 a month per site covers:
Served from AWS CloudFront, an SSL certificate that renews itself, and backups of code and content you can ask for any time.
Dependencies kept current, uptime and form delivery watched, and your DNS looked after — the records that keep email and the website pointing the right way.
About half an hour a month of small edits — a phone number, a price, a photo, a new service. Email it; most go live the same day.
A new page, a redesign or a new form is a bigger change — quoted first, rates on the pricing page.
How it works
A 30-minute call about the work, the customers you want more of and where. Back comes a page list, a fixed price and a date.
Copy, pages, forms, structured data and tracking — about two weeks, with progress on a preview link.
You read every page and we change what's wrong. Nothing goes live until you've said yes to the words — they're yours.
Domain pointed, Search Console and Analytics in your own accounts, first audit run. Then care takes over, and the rest of what we do is a conversation away.
What it costs
Prices are what you pay — no GST is added. Care is month to month and the 90-day guarantee applies: if you're not happy in the first 90 days, every monthly fee you've paid comes back — set-up fees and advertising spend excepted.
From $2,500
Most builds land between $2,500 and $3,500, depending on how many services and areas need a page. One fixed price before work starts.
$75 a month per site
Hosting on AWS, SSL, backups, updates, monitoring, DNS and about half an hour of small changes each month. Cancel any time.
Why an IT business builds websites
A website touches everything — the domain, the email hanging off it, the Google profile, the ads landing on it. When one person runs all of those, a broken form is fixed the same day, not lost between three vendors.
Who it's for
The businesses we build for most.
Electricians, plumbers, solar and data installers: a page per service and suburb, click-to-call on every screen, a quote page per ad.
Careful service pages, a link straight to your bookings in Cliniko, Splose or Halaxy, and copy that stays inside the National Law advertising rules.
Plain-language pages participants and support coordinators can actually read, and a privacy policy that matches how you handle information.
FAQ
No. We write it from a conversation with you — what you do, who for, where, and what customers ask when they ring. You read every page and correct anything that doesn't sound like you before it goes live.
Yes — email first, so nothing bounces. We record every DNS entry before touching anything, move the domain into a registrar account in your name, point the site, then test mail both ways. If your email runs on Microsoft 365, that's our day job.
It stays live until the new one is ready. On launch day we point the domain at the new site and redirect the old addresses, so links in Google, on your invoices and in your Business Profile keep working.
You can. The site is plain code in a repository you own, so a change is a text edit, not a wrestle with a page builder. Most clients just email the change and let care handle it — small edits are included.
No — it runs a large share of the web. The trouble is upkeep: core, theme and a stack of plugins all need updating, and the site gets hacked when they don't. Static sites have nothing to patch, so that's how we build.
Real photos of you, your van and your work beat stock every time. Phone photos are fine; we'll tell you what to shoot. Where stock is genuinely right, we pick an image that doesn't look like one, and never use a photo without the rights.
Send us the address. We'll tell you what's holding it back and what it'd take to fix — free, no obligation.
